my classes
When I promote my classes I always describe my Burlesque course as a mix of dance, cabaret and acting, suitable for any woman regardless of age, size, previous experience in dance.
What every woman shall expect from it is to enhance her femininity, to move in a graceful way, to love herself and her body, and to give a boost to her self-estime (#BodyPositivity). But -most of all- I guarantee that we will have a lot of fun. 😃🥳
Now that I have finally achieved my goal and my dream to teach Burlesque in Cyprus, I can proudly and loudly confirm that Burlesque is so much fun!!! I have witnesses to prove it: my lovely, gorgeous, funny and talented ladies!!!
Yes, because this is one of the magical powers of Burlesque: it allows like-minded women to spend some valuable time together, expressing their creativity, enjoying dancing in a friendly and encouraging environment.
As I often say, dare to wear anything that makes you feel even more beautiful and glamorous, but first of all don’t ever forget to wear your best smile. My girls have learnt this lesson immediately because I can confirm you that they smile and laugh a lot!!! And me, too! 😃😂🥳🤪 That’s what we need most in life.

Join my weekly Burlesque classes for a playful skill and a unique 60-minute workout, dance and a bit of acting!
#Classic Burlesque
This class cleverly combines fun and glamorous dance moves with the art of being feminine to ensure you get an all-over workout with music from the 40s and 50s, such as Frank Sinatra, Eartha Kitt and Marilyn Monroe, as well as more modern ones (Christina Aguileira, Madonna, Michael Bublé, etc.), with their retró style.

But I will also surprise you with pop, rock and blues music! I will teach you how to add style and sexiness to the contemporary songs and music genres we all love!!!
We will use the essential accessories and props tipical of Burlesque: feather boa and long satin gloves

as well as: hats, chair, flowers, veil, umbrella, cabaret cane, balloons, etc. etc.
Important: all props provided, but I recommend to have your own boa and gloves.

Burlesque workshops
2 or 3-hour workshops for groups from 6 to 12 women. For birthday parties, team building events, bachelorette parties, or just to have a taste of Burlesque and enjoying a few hours with your friends. In any case, I assure a great deal of fun!
Prices are customized according to the number of participants, the duration, the location and other options.

Classes for beginners are structured in 6 lessons, with a minimum of 6 up to a maximum of 10 women. Prices are customized according to the number of students, the lenght of each lesson (1 or 1.5 hour) and other options. Contact me for more information.
